We live in Livingston, Texas. We moved here in 1997 when we became the pastors of Beech Creek Assembly of God church. My husband is also an IRS enrolled agent / financial advisor and has a business / ministry called Alpha Financial Group; he is a non-profit specialist. Our children are all active in the ministries of our church.
In 2008 I resigned my position with the school district. It was then that I finally felt I could devote the time and effort into raising Akita puppies. We have been very selective in purchasing our Akitas. Our desire is to produce beautiful, well tempered Akitas.
When puppies are available, we welcome guests to come and see the puppies, the sire and dam, and the areas where we keep them. We are not a kennel.
Kuma & Takara live with our oldest son. Marigold, Sushi, & Hachi live with us and they all get along wonderfully. They stay in the house most of the time. In my opinion, you'll never know how intelligent or how wonderful your Akita is until he or she lives with you in your home.
